Manhattan Active/WMS Engineer

You are a Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant with over 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, particularly in distribution and 3PL logistics. In this role, you will collaborate closely with solution architects to implement necessary functional configuration changes in Manhattan Active and deliver continuous support. Your responsibilities will revolve around Manhattan Active WMS, with a total experience of 4+ years and a minimum of 2 years in Manhattan Active. Your work will be during EST night shifts, with the mode being office-based. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the supply chain domain, with hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS for at least 2 years. Your functional expertise should cover warehouse operations, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL). Strong familiarity with Manhattan Active WMS configuration, implementation, and ongoing support is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to drive process improvements based on gap analysis between existing practices and system capabilities. Collaboration with distribution and 3PL operations teams is crucial to ensure the smooth functionality of warehouse management systems. Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues promptly to minimize disruptions to DC operations will be part of your daily tasks. You will provide support to Distribution Centres operating in both EST and PST time zones, requiring effective interfacing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
