The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities include managing accounts, compliance, taxation, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The role involves coordinating with auditors, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, analysing cash flow, optimising expenses, and supporting management with MIS reports. The candidate will also drive process improvements, manage banking operations, and ensure accurate, timely financial documentation for smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified finance professional with strong experience in accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis. Preferred candidates must have excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP or accounting software are essential. The person should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing end-to-end finance operations independently. Experience in manufacturing or engineering companies will be an added advantage.
