At Vollert we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role to lead of Projects and Operations / AGM Plant & Projects / Project Manager to lead operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sikandrabad, Greater Noida. This leadership position is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and a proven track record in managing fabrication facilities, precast production systems, and large-scale turnkey project execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project lifecycle activities, streamlining plant operations, managing teams, and ensuring top-quality delivery in line with Vollert's global standards. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead and manage full-cycle projects under the role of AGM of Projects and Operations ensuring scope, cost, quality, and schedule objectives are met, plant upcoming and 5S. Plan and execute project timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive timely decision-making. Team & Stakeholder Management Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, design, procurement, and client support. Act as the key interface between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles. Mentor and supervise staff to ensure high performance and accountability. Manufacturing Oversight Accountable for production of steel moulds, machinery, and precast components. Monitor operations keep shop floor plant at high standard and factory level shop floor operations: fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly. Conduct supplier visits for quality assurance and technical audits and develop new supplier outsource agency Process Optimization Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and initiating continuous improvement practices. Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies aligned with global best practices. Client Collaboration Serve as the technical lead for clients during design, execution, and commissioning. Ensure client expectations are met with timely delivery and responsive communication. Foster long-term relationships with key customers based on quality and service excellence. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate project records, including status reports, inspection logs, and compliance documents. Ensure adherence to corporate standards, safety policies, and statutory regulations. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Experience: 12-20 years in: Project Management, preferably in precast, fabrication, or capital equipment industries, heavy engineering. Structural steel fabrication, erection, and plant operations. Expertise: Strong grasp of engineering drawings, planning, quality control, and vendor management. Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex industrial or infrastructure projects. Skills: Effective project management, communication, and negotiation abilities. Sometimes to travel for project execution and client coordination. Additional Technical Responsibilities Lead installation and commissioning of Vollert systems at client sites in your role as Head /AGM Projects and Operations. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure technical performance of installed equipment. Collaborate with sales and engineering on technical solution design during pre-sales/post-sales. Train employees/customers on safe and efficient equipment operation. Document service reports, manuals, and project logs. Participate in international coordination and stay updated on emerging technologies. Preferred Skills Experience in installation and commissioning heavy industrial machinery. Exposure to precast concrete technology and production systems. Proficiency in shop floor management: welding, machining, and quality systems.
