Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design & developments of Jigs & fixtures
- Hand-on experiences on following process establishment
- Welding automation
- Machining and drilling
- Tube expansion
- Jigs and fixtures validation
- Hands- on experience on CEP execution
- Hand on Experience in New Supplier development .
- Hand on Experience in New Process Development / Process improvement.
- Knowledge on testing process like Pneumatic, Hydro Gasket Joint type
- Knowledge in ASME &PED
- Design, development, and implementation of industrial automation projects to increase the productivity.
- Working along with Engineering, QAC, Materials and Field Engineering to eliminate the errors during design stage.
- Initiate, undertake support & implement various productivity improvement, cycle time/TPT reduction and cost effectiveness projects.
- Knowledge on Industrial 4.0 tools
- Provide technical support to vendors for mfg.
- Maintain & follow safety rules & regulations. Take initiative actions to avoid accidents.
- Perform shop audits to ensure, the best tooling practices and arranging the necessary tools as per the requirement.
- Study of Job Drawings of new projects & planned to complete it as per the schedule.
Critical Competencies for the Job :
Skills:
- Good communication skill

- Auto Cad drafting (2D) & Solid works (Basic) work Proficient.
- Oracle or SAP wok Proficient.
- In depth Knowledge on understanding drawing.
- Knowledge on design codes like ISO, ASME & PED
- Knowledge on layouts, routings, non-conformances & design changes.
- Hand-on experience on Inspection instruments handling- Vernier calliper, Screw gauge, Dial gauge, bore gauge, etc . . .
- Designing on various tools for various processes ( CNC machining, Tube bending ,painting ,Special Coating ,etc)
- Knowledge on RCCA, Lean manufacturing tools & 5S.
