Routine workCoach technician how to sum up the bugs of equipmentsAnalyse the defects of equipments and improve themMonthly reportTrain technician in skillDebug equipmentsAbility to solve key problemsBe able to take on the responsibility independently, and can put forward some feasible sggestions.1.Proficient in above one of the equipments such as DB,WB,HM,AA,lock-attached machine,laser cutting machine.be able to sum up and expressingFamiliar with production process in CCM industry.Proficient in the working principle and structure of COB equipments.be good at coaching, can analyse the abnormal issues independently and put forward good proposal
Education/Experience :Education: College degree or above, undergraduate degree is preferredMajor: Mechanical, Electrical Information, Management or related majorWork experience: More than 4 year experience in operation and maintenance of equipment Knowledge and skills:
1. Experience in equipment maintenance, commissioning
2. Understand the working principle of the equipment, have certain equipment maintenance and management experience, and have good data report analysis ability3. Good organization, planning, communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability
