Requirement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the

  end-to-end import of requirements specifications

  , including prioritization, translation, import, revision, and release
• Coordinate closely with

  development teams

  to ensure accurate and timely requirements implementation
• Steer and manage the

  translation process

  , leveraging

  AI-based translation tools

  and coordinating with

  external translation agencies

• Perform

  import, review, and revision

  of existing requirements specifications
• Update and align requirements to

  current Requirements Engineering standards and templates

• Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality across requirements documentation
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Masters degree in

  Engineering

  , preferably

  Systems Engineering

• Minimum 4

  + years of experience in Requirements Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Requirements Engineering tools

  , preferably

  Siemens Polarion

• Proven ability to

  drive, coordinate, and manage work processes independently

• Excellent

  oral and written communication skills in English

• Experience in

  Automotive and Agricultural domains (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Experience with

  scripting languages

• Exposure to

  Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, or AI-based translation tools

• Familiarity with

  modern Requirements Engineering templates and best practices
