Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Design Engineer
Develop and design new products or components using CAD tools.
Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and cost requirements.
Prepare 2D/3D drawings and technical documentation.
Collaborate with production and quality teams for manufacturability.
Conduct design validation, testing, and improvements.
Production Engineer
Plan, manage, and optimize production processes.
Ensure smooth workflow, minimal downtime, and maximum output.
Implement Lean, 5S, and Kaizen for process improvement.
Coordinate between design, maintenance, and quality departments.
Monitor production data, manpower, and equipment efficiency.
Quality Engineer
Implement and maintain quality management systems (ISO/IATF).
Inspect, test, and validate incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, CAPA).
Handle PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality issues and audits.

Preferred candidate profile:

knowledge of Autocad/solidworks is necessary

practical use of vernier caliper, micrometer, knowledge is must
