Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
• Prepare and update financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and controls.
• Others like Tenders, Admin, Export related things and work etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
