Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Managing Partner based in Pune. The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, providing market analysis, and leading a team of sales professionals. Additional tasks include monitoring the market for trends and opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and strategizing to increase sales performance. The Managing Partner will also participate in business development activities to expand the firm's footprint and reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in market analysis, trend monitoring, and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client relationship management abilities
• Proficient in real estate market dynamics and sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• A proven track record of success in the real estate industry or a related field
