As a Managing Partner - Client Partnership at EssenceMediacom, you will be leading the relationship with Google, a key client across EssenceMediacom, GroupM, and WPP. Your role will involve strategic advisory, planning, execution, financial management, team leadership, industry leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior Google stakeholders to provide insights and innovative media strategies aligned with Google's objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, lead strategic planning initiatives, optimize financial performance, and drive innovation in digital media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Build trusted relationships with senior Google stakeholders, providing insights to achieve their business goals. - Lead strategic planning and execution, ensuring all campaigns solve a business problem. - Ensure operational excellence by optimizing resource allocation and adhering to Google's quality standards. - Manage the client budget effectively to ensure profitability and ROI. - Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous learning. - Stay ahead of digital media trends, identifying innovative solutions for campaign improvement. - Successfully lead Quarterly Business Reviews and engagements with Google stakeholders. - Ensure the best of GM/Partners is made available to Google in India. What Success Looks Like: In 3 Months: - Deep understanding of EssenceMediacom's operations and the digital landscape. - Grasp Google's priorities in India and build relationships across key teams. - Engage with key stakeholders and maintain an accurate view of client demand. - Develop resource strategies to optimize financial performance and incorporate audience planning into campaign strategy. In 6 Months: - Lead strategic planning initiatives and mentor your team's professional development. - Successfully lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Google stakeholders. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. - Lead quarterly resourcing discussions with MFG Regional. In 12 Months: - Drive significant improvements in campaign performance and efficiency. - Identify and capitalize on emerging media opportunities. - Develop your team's talents and enhance the Google relationship. Role Requirements: - 15+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, with a focus on digital. - Experience working with complex clients, preferably in the technology sector. - Master's/bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
