Manager / Sr. Manager – Operations (US Mortgage) Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 14+ Years (Minimum 10 Years in US Mortgage Operations) Shifts: Rotational Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO Only) Education: Graduation (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager – Operations to lead large-scale US Mortgage Operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth domain expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience handling a span of 120+ resources in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end US Mortgage operations across teams of 120+ resources. Ensure delivery on key performance indicators including SLA adherence, quality, and productivity. Handle client communications, operational reviews, and escalations. Build and mentor mid-level leadership; ensure team development and engagement. Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and internal process standards. Drive process improvements and support operational transformation initiatives.
