Manager/Sr. Manager / Dy Manager - Corporate Resource Centre CRC

As a dynamic professional joining Amity University's Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), your role will involve driving corporate relations, strategic partnerships, campus placements, and industry engagement for management programs. You will need strong networking, B2B engagement, and relationship-building skills with senior industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Build and strengthen corporate relationships to create full-time and internship opportunities. - Identify new companies, drive lead generation, and execute structured outreach. - Engage and network with CXOs, CHROs, and senior HR/functional leaders. - Plan and manage campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement activities such as talks, projects, panels, conclaves, and workshops. - Maintain and expand the corporate/placement database. - Drive account conversion and achieve individual placement targets. - Enhance placement quality by onboarding top brands and improving compensation benchmarks. - Coordinate student training, counseling, and performance evaluation. - Stay updated on industry trends to strengthen outreach and positioning. - Collaborate with Alumni Relations, Faculty, Marketing, Admissions, and Administration teams. Qualifications: - MBA from a reputed business school with 5-10 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B sales, talent acquisition, or campus placements. - Strong exposure to top-tier B-school placement processes and industry expectations.
