Job Description

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Business Excellence & Total Quality Management

Role & responsibilities:

Lead Business Excellence and TQM initiatives to drive operational efficiency and quality.
Deploy continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Identify process gaps through data analysis, audits, and performance reviews.
Define and track KPIs to ensure achievement of business and quality goals.
Drive process standardization and best-practice implementation across functions.
Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving initiatives.
Manage BE/TQM projects and ensure timely, measurable outcomes.
Support change management and quality culture transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvement actions.
Report progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile:

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with hands-on experience in driving process improvements.
Strong background in Business Excellence and Total Quality Management frameworks.
Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and change management.
Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills at senior leadership level.
