Job Postings : Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Client Communication : Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates on candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements. Candidate Matching and Placement : Matching : Identifying potential matches between job openings and candidates, considering factors such as skills, experience, and cultural fit. Submission : Presenting qualified candidates to clients for consideration, along with relevant information and recommendations. Interview Coordination : Scheduling interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating communication, and providing feedback. Offer Negotiation : Assisting in negotiations between clients and candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Networking and Marketing : Candidate Outreach : Proactively reaching out to potential candidates through networking, referrals, and online platforms. Client Acquisition : Identifying and pursuing opportunities to establish new client relationships and partnerships.
