Manager / Senior Manager Legal

Role Type
: Individual contributor within the Legal Team supporting business operations.
Core Purpose
: Provide legal counsel to help the organization achieve its goals while maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics.
Global Collaboration
: Work with global Legal Team to align Indian operations with global practices.
Procurement Advisory
: Handle legal aspects of procurement—due diligence, contract drafting/review, execution, and compliance.
Statutory Compliance
: Advise on legal compliance related to Indian business operations.
Real Estate Projects
: Support legal due diligence, draft/review real estate agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
HR Legal Advisory
: Provide legal guidance on employment laws and HR-related actions.
General Legal Support
: Conduct legal research and provide broad advisory across business functions.
Regulatory Expertise
: Navigate complex regulatory issues and deliver practical legal solutions.
Collaboration Skills
: Strong teamwork with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Communication
: Strong verbal, written, advocacy, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical Abilities
: Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking for risk assessment and legal decision-making.
Self-Motivation
: Ability to manage tasks independently under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
Leadership and Influence
: Represent Legal in strategic discussions and influence business decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
:

10+ years
of legal experience
LL.B/LL.M
degree
Litigation
experience and prior work in an MNC are desirable
