Role & responsibilities

OEM Sales - Specially to 2 Wheeler manufacturers

Role

As sales administration manager, your will be responsible to administrate the sales activities: defining and automatizing sales process (quote/ follow-up/ invoice) and set-up proper sales database with associated analysis to support company strategic planning.

Mission

Define and update sales process- automatize main regular tasks
Run sales process on daily basis: Quote/RFQ answer – Invoicing
Build costing/pricing strategy and improvement plan to improve profitability
Prepare strategical review internal and with main customer with ad-hoc market analysis

Responsibilities

Secure timely interactions with customers/stakeholders to answer RFI/RFQ’s
Accompany division sales team towards events and contract negotiation
Manage the customer account – current business and new business acquisition Identify and develop high-level contacts with customers and develop professional networks
Provide internal feed-back (marketing, R&D) from the market/customers and contribute to the development of products and offers
Understand competitive environment, competitive innovation and technology
Build Sales product & customer roadmap & strategy to develop revenues
