Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
learner-centric training programs
, content, and media assets.
Manage the
end-to-end curriculum lifecycle
from concept to delivery and iteration.
Build interactive and visually appealing content using tools like
Articulate, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite
.
Develop multimedia elements including graphics, animations, audio, and video.
Work with
LMS platforms
to manage and streamline learning delivery.
Collaborate with global teams while also working independently on multiple projects.
Produce
high-quality documentation, presentations, and assessments
.

Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in
eLearning development, instructional design, or corporate training in Insurance domain
.
Strong technical ability to enhance educational content with
interactive design
.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Studio/Storyline, and Vyond
.
Familiarity with
MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and LMS administration
.
Excellent
project management and communication skills
.
Strong
visual design sense
and the ability to create polished learning assets.

Good to Have skills:

French language skills.
Certifications in
Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or Project Management
.
