As a Manager Zoho Development & IT Systems at LUCKY-TECH Membranes Pvt Ltd, your role will primarily focus on leading the design, development, and optimization of Zoho-based business applications while ensuring smooth IT systems management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end development, customization, and deployment on Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and Zoho One suite. - Gather business requirements, design scalable workflows, and deliver efficient solutions. - Implement best practices in SDLC, version control, and documentation. - Mentor and guide a team of junior developers; review and approve technical work. - Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party applications. - Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization. - Ensure data security, compliance, and access control policies within Zoho apps. - Stay updated on new Zoho features, AI tools, and automation trends to enhance efficiency. - Conduct user training sessions and support smooth adoption of new systems. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of Zoho development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role. - Hands-on experience in Zoho integrations and automation. - Zoho Creator Certified Developer (preferred). - Additional IT or project management certifications (bonus).
