Job Description

  • Roles and responsibilities Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management within a high-volume Contact Center or BPO environment.
  • Proven experience in a WFM leadership or management role
  • Generate accurate long-term and short-term forecasts of contact center call volume, handle time, and required staffing levels using historical data analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Design and implement efficient agent schedules utilizing WFM software
