Manager - Warehouse Operations

You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations efficiently, including receiving, tracking, storing inventory, managing shipping, logistics planning, workload planning, and optimizing space utilization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the unloading/loading of trucks, ensuring accuracy in matching documents like invoices and packing lists with physical goods. - Maintaining MIS and records of goods movement/storage both inward and outward. - Overseeing daily operations, inventory management, and logistics control. - Coordinating with inter-departmental teams, vendors, and clients. - Planning labor for loading and off-loading goods. - Updating stock report and maintaining inventory in WMS. - Coordinating with customs and managing the customs team to ensure all deadlines are met. Key qualifications required for this role include: - Good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Hands-on experience in maintaining inventory. - Clear knowledge of warehouse operations. - Experience in MIS and WMS. - Experience in a multi-product warehousing environment. - Strong organizational skills. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to have: - Experience in coordination with customs. - Experience in managing warehouse operations for at least 5 years. - Experience in imports, exports, customs clearance, and inventory management for at least 5 years.
