Job Title: Manager (Real Estate)About the Role

Vasudha Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales activities within the assigned area to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure peak performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Only real estate–experienced candidates should apply.
