As a Brand Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the local Brand Head in managing sales activities for the respective Brand in the region. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Relationship Managers (RMs) in the field, ensuring purchase targets are met, and increasing the Count of Customers (COC) for the Brand in the region. You will be responsible for generating leads through market research, assisting in closing high-value quotations, and providing training to enhance the selling capability of the RM team. Your role will also involve achieving Gross Profit (GP) targets, managing inventory turnaround at the local warehouse, and maintaining positive relations with the local Principal Brand team. It is essential to have a strong commercial sense to balance stock management, GP, and sales effectively. Additionally, you will be the face of the company with the local Principal Brand team, representing the company's values and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Furthermore, you will be accountable for resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
