Manager Training

As a Manager Training with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Beauty and Wellness industry, your role will involve various responsibilities: - Induct new employees into the company and provide them with an overview of the organization. - Train new employees on core subject knowledge related to hair and skin care. - Develop and update Training Manuals for all positions within different divisions. - Assess and evaluate trainees to ensure their readiness for the workforce. - Introduce soft skills and refresher training programs, create training calendars, and schedules. - Regularly update the Training Module to align with industry standards. - Organize end-to-end training schedules and coordinate grooming and etiquette sessions. - Share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Result Areas (KRA) with trainees. - Provide guidance to ensure cost control measures are followed. - Ensure compliance with Management Information Systems (MIS) and SOPs, monitor factors like attendance and punctuality. - Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires. - Evaluate instructor performance and training program effectiveness, make recommendations for improvements. - Develop training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and educational materials. - Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track training progress. Ideal candidates for this role should have experience in training within the Beauty and Wellness industry, specifically as skin care trainers, hair care trainers, beautician trainers, or skill development trainers. Candidates with certifications in CIDESCO, Beauty, and Cosmetology are preferred.
