Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Training & Placement, based in Indore, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employability and readiness for professional opportunities. Responsibilities include supervising placement processes, collaborating with employers to secure job opportunities, managing training activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. The Manager will also play a key role in developing strategies to improve training effectiveness and placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively
• Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
• Expertise in Training & Development, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
• Proficiency in Training methodologies and innovative learning strategies
• Dedication to Customer Service excellence with a client-focused approach
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or recruitment platforms is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred
