1. To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements.Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents.
2. To prepare the project plan &execution.
3. To prepare PPAP document for new DR & ADR also.(ECN) and conducting trial as per ECN and closure of the same
4. Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product.Understanding DFA(Design for Assembly)
5. Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
6. Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOPand Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor
7. Process Design for the New Products.
8.Layout design & Execution as per process requirement.
9.Line Balancing. Activity sheet development ,Understanding of SWC
10.Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
