Manager- Total Rewards

The Analyst – S&T & India P01 is responsible for managing and executing Total Rewards operations for the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) along with India P01. This includes core compensation processes/ capabilities such as job evaluations, salary offer recommendations, focal point reviews, annual bonus cycles, and salary planning. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in total rewards operations delivery.

• Deliver day-to-day Total Rewards operations and services with precision and timeliness.
• Support compensation processes including job evaluations, salary planning, bonus cycles, and offer recommendations.

• Serve as a key service provider and fulfiller for assigned processes/capabilities.
• Act as a mentor and internal trainer for specific compensation processes.

• Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
• Maintain deep process knowledge and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and process quality.

• Analyse gaps in processes, practices, and compliance; identify breaches or deviations from recommended practices.
• Provide policy and program administration support to HR Business Partners and Rewards stakeholders.

• Drive efficiency and effectiveness through process improvement initiatives.
• Ideate and propose enhancements to sector leads and process owners focused on:
  • Cost savings
  • Quality improvements
  • Enhanced customer experience
  • Compliance
  • Automation and digitization

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
