Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Systems team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with expertise in transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and risk management.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of transaction monitoring and fraud systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and risk management principles.
Experience with financial services industry regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
