We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer - Front Line Manager to join our team in Nashik, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers while driving technical excellence and innovation in our projects.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources effectively and optimizing team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Identify and mitigate technical risks, proposing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into team practices when appropriate
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements

B/E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Electronics / Mechatronics)
