Role & responsibilities

Responsible for sales and marking of Textile processing chemicals ( Pan India)
Achieve sales target in line with the assigned budget.
Handling team, and dealer network.
Product promotion and positioning..
Timely Customer complaint resolution
Travel to outstation customers as and when needed.
Trials and technical services as per requirement
Enhance the skills and product knowledge among sales team, team motivation and training.
Execute launch and re launch of targeted products.
Monitor the market trends, evaluate their impact on product gaps and propose new product opportunities.
To perform the role of people manager.
To assist in representing the business at industry trade events.

Preferred candidate profile

Well versed with concept selling strategies.
Understanding market dynamics and competition.
Having good relations in the processing related area .
Having deep understanding of the processing .
