Manager - Techno Commercial Sales - Dairy Starter Culture

As a Sales Manager - Techno Commercial, your primary responsibility will be leading sales efforts for Starter Culture and other Ingredients within the food and dairy industry. You will be tasked with managing key accounts, fostering strong business relationships with existing clients, and proactively seeking out new opportunities for business growth. A key aspect of your role will involve implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to increase sales volume and drive revenue. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting any challenges they may face in their day-to-day operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with pilot and plant scale product development trials, working closely with clients to meet their specific product requirements. Regular interaction with clients to gather feedback and provide after-sales service support will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and presenting new product concepts, offering developmental support to the applications team, and collaborating with the R&D team to support new application development initiatives. This role will require you to be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to engage with clients and support business development efforts effectively.,
