Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at a global healthcare biopharma company in Hyderabad, you will drive the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables within budget and on schedule. - Working with teams to identify and overcome project obstacles. - Providing leadership, guidance, and management throughout the project lifecycle. - Initiating projects, defining scope, identifying stakeholders, and establishing governance. - Leading project scheduling process, resource planning, and milestone tracking. - Acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. - Conducting regular project status meetings, evaluating project performance, and implementing continuous improvement practices. - Keeping detailed project documentation and progress reports. - Understanding technical aspects of the project, making informed decisions, and providing guidance to the development team. - Working closely with Product Manager to prioritize and refine the product backlog. - Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Qualifications Required: To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any Technology stream. An advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience in managing project budgets, performing cost estimations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - Proven experience in leading complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, systems integration, or related areas. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.,
