Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager-TMT-TAX in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement accounts strategy for Transfer pricing team offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of small/medium assignments, independently. Create and manage strong independent relationships with clients, with minimal partner involvement. Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals. Build value for the firm by marketing services, winning new clients, and working from existing clients. Develop sound value-based solutions and apply technical knowledge and strategic thinking in delivery. Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge. Foster an environment for team innovation and experimentation, regularly participating in developing new products, services, and delivery methods. ### Job Requirements Qualified chartered accountant with 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in transfer pricing. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Strong understanding of business tax services, global compliance and reporting, global law, indirect tax, international tax, and transaction services. Experience in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) organizations.
