Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Transfer Pricing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in transfer pricing. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement accounts strategy for Transfer pricing team offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of small/medium assignments, independently. Create and manage strong independent relationships with clients, with minimal partner involvement. Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals. Build value for the firm by marketing services, winning new clients, and working from existing clients. Develop sound value-based solutions and apply technical knowledge and strategic thinking in delivery. Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge. Foster an environment for the team to think innovatively and do things differently, regularly participating in developing new products, services, and delivery methods. ### Job Requirements Qualified chartered accountant with 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in transfer pricing. Ability to work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Strong understanding of business development, go-to-market strategies, and operational excellence. Experience in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) organizations.
