Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at our company based in Mumbai, you will lead a team of 5-6 members in the Talent Acquisition department. Your primary focus will be to support the Front-Line Sales Team and First Line Managers. You will ensure timely and budgeted hiring, drive Customer Satisfaction Metrics, and transform the recruitment process into a more strategic Talent Acquisition approach. Enhancing the candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process will be crucial. Additionally, generating and presenting periodic MIS reports for stakeholders, driving Quality of Hire metrics, and achieving the organization's attrition targets will be part of your responsibilities. Coaching, mentoring, and grooming the Recruitment Executives will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with the ELC Team for Talent Management initiatives will be essential for effective governance in delivering outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 5-6 members in Talent Acquisition, supporting Sales Team and First Line Managers - Ensure timely hiring within budget - Drive Customer Satisfaction Metrics and efficiency - Transform recruitment into strategic Talent Acquisition - Enhance candidate and employee experience - Generate and present periodic MIS reports - Drive Quality of Hire metrics - Achieve less than 1-year attrition target - Coach, mentor, and groom Recruitment Executives - Collaborate with ELC Team for Talent Management initiatives Qualifications Required: - Full-Time MBA in HR - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR/TA in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales HR - 5 years of experience in New/Old Regime & tax implications/personal taxation, BEI/Assessment Centre, PPT/Excel/MIS, handling a team, Compensation & Benefits, effective HR business partnering, written/oral skills & facilitated induction programs, Competency Matrix & Proficiency for TA, IJP & Assessment & Development Centre, supporting ELC Team - Knowledge of Mumbai, Maharashtra Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Schedule: - Day shift, Fixed shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Please apply only if you meet the specified qualifications and experience requirements.
