Job Description

As a Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at a company based in Mumbai, your role involves leading a team of 5-6 members in the Talent Acquisition department. You will support the Front-Line Sales Team and First Line Managers by ensuring hiring is done within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) and budget. Your main responsibilities will include driving Customer Satisfaction Metrics, enhancing sourcing competencies, and improving the ratio of sourcing to move from Recruitment management to Talent Acquisition. It will be crucial to focus on the Employee Experience from Candidate Experience to Onboarding Employee Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 5-6 members in Talent Acquisition to support Front-Line Sales Team and First Line Managers - Ensure hiring is done within TAT and budget - Drive Customer Satisfaction Metrics and efficiency for the team/function - Transition from Recruitment management to Talent Acquisition by enhancing sourcing competencies - Focus on Employee Experience throughout the hiring process - Generate and present periodic MIS to stakeholders for actionable insights and process improvements - Hold self, team, and hiring managers accountable for Quality of Hire metrics - Achieve less than 1-year attrition target - Coach, mentor, and groom the Recruitment Executives team - Support the ELC Team in making and sharing periodic MIS for Talent Management initiatives - Establish self and team's scorecard, review, and ensure outcomes through effective governance Qualifications Required: - Full-Time MBA in HR - Experience leading a team of at least 3 members - Work experience in a corporate setting, not in a recruitment consulting firm In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential to have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience in conducting Behavioral Event Interviewing, and familiarity with Competency Matrix and Proficiency for Talent Acquisition roles. You should also have handled Internal Job Postings (IJP), Assessment Centers (AC-DC), and Campus programs. Some fundamental knowledge of Effective Business Partnering competencies to deliver HR value proposition is also preferred.
