Job Title: Manager - Sweetener

General:

Make natural, plant-based, and functional sweetener combinations for consumers. Formulate beverages, baked goods, and nutraceuticals.
Match sugar and other sweeteners in taste and performance.
Discover new sweeteners and technology with ingredient suppliers.
Increase taste, stability, and affordability to strengthen the range.
Follow lab-to-plant regulations and practices during scale-up and commercialization.
Improve and expand lines based on consumer and market feedback.

Business Institution Aid:

B2B and institutional sales teams can create specialized sweetener systems for major clients.
Provide industrial clients with technical demos and application trials.
Improve food and beverage partner costs and performance.

Retail Business Help:

Create customized powders, tablets, liquids, and sachets.
Check claims, sensory data, and customer insights with marketing.
Help with sensory optimization, shelf-life studies, and market-winning packaging.
Align concept to launch with CFTs (Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing).
