Job Description

Manager Survey

Supervise and coordinate all
surveying activities
including topographical, alignment, and level surveys.
Review and approve survey data for
road alignment
,
cross-sections
,
culverts
, and
structures
.
Ensure correct setting out of works based on approved drawings and project specifications.
Manage survey teams and ensure timely availability of data for execution.
Maintain and calibrate survey instruments like
Total Stations
,
DGPS
,
Auto Levels
, etc.
Coordinate with design, planning, and execution teams to provide required survey inputs.
Maintain proper documentation of survey data and submit as-built reports to consultants/clients.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations during survey works.
Train and guide junior surveyors and ensure efficient field operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
Minimum 10 years of experience in
surveying for road/highway projects
.
In-depth knowledge of using
Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level
, and other surveying tools.
Hands-on experience with
survey software
such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS-based tools.
Strong understanding of highway alignment, pavement layers, earthwork profiles, and structures.
Excellent team management, communication, and analytical skills.
