Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys to measure boundaries, contours, and topography using various instruments such as distance measurers, levels, and GPS.
Prepare detailed reports on survey findings and submit them to clients or stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during high rise building construction projects to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with design specifications.
Provide expert advice on land acquisition strategies and development plans to clients.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Land Surveying or related field (Civil Engineering).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments like DGPS, Total Station, Theodolite etc.
