Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and engage with machinery suppliers and manufacturers to establish strategic tie-ups.
Negotiate terms of collaboration, including loan product integration and joint marketing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at supplier and manufacturer organizations.
Act as the primary point of contact for addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the supplier/manufacturer network.
Collaborate with internal teams to design loan products tailored to the needs of the machinery industry.
Support the sales team by providing insights into supplier and manufacturer requirements.
Provide leads for machinery loan to the sales RM.
Facilitate supplier-specific training sessions to help sales teams better understand products and offerings.
Work with marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns with suppliers and manufacturers.
Organize joint events such as machinery expos and financing workshops to enhance visibility.
Track partnership performance and ensure key KPIs (e.g., loan disbursals, supplier satisfaction) are met.
Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on partnership success and areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Proven experience in supplier relationship management, preferably in the machinery or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Experience in Machinery sales, machinery loans, equipment financing, or B2B financial services.
