As a Manager at Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd in Guwahati - Operations OSD, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining documentation related to QMS activities, including SOPs, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs. Additionally, you will handle market complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain line clearance as per BMR/BPR, SOP, and checklist - Follow and execute the daily plan efficiently - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Stores to achieve daily productivity targets - Conduct the entire packing activity as per written procedures and cGMP guidelines on the shop floor - Monitor and record in-process parameters online - Handle the request, receipt, usage, and destruction of stereos - Maintain work discipline within the department - Optimize manpower utilization to increase production efficiency per person - Perform necessary system entries in SAP HANA - Participate in Technical Training Programs and share knowledge with team members - Identify safety-related observations and ensure online compliance - Oversee equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and maintain relevant documentation - Implement measures to improve production yield - Minimize resource wastage to enhance efficiency - Reduce changeover time and optimize utilization of both manpower and machinery - Handle the Track Wise system for OSD packing - Prepare SOPs via the EDMS system - Conduct and manage LMS training sessions - Oversee SAP system operations in OSD packing - Handle and maintain all types of documentation related to OSD packing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred - Certification in relevant areas will be an added advantage (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
