You will be joining our growing solar EPC team as a passionate Manager Structure Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing complex industrial, commercial, and domestic systems. To excel in this role, you must be a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience as a Structure engineer. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing of Rooftop & Ground Mounted structures - Complete and detailed Mechanical and Civil designing and engineering of Rooftop & Ground Mounted systems - Design drafting and analysis including Module Mounting Structure, Inverter Stand, LT panel stand with Foundation, Ladder, Shadow Analysis, Control Room, Boundary Wall & Fencing, and Pile foundation coordination - Preparation of design documents & drawings for approval from 3rd party and client - Purchasing and Follow-up of materials - Execution and Follow-up of projects - Plant Layout design based on Site survey and Google Earth assistance in 2D and 3D design layout - Compliance with IS codes standard for Component design - Preparation of QAP, MQP, FQP - Material Testing and Quality analysis - Preparation of tender technical specifications and abstracting BOM for Costing - Comparison of quotations from vendors, finalization of Purchase Orders - Floating inquiries for electrical supply and works, issuing technical specifications for electrical equipment purchase, and development of vendor scope of work - Evaluation and negotiation on quotations/ proposals/ bids from suppliers and contractors **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Educational qualification BE+MTech-Energy Technology - 8+ years of experience in Project, Quality, and Design - Preferable experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind) - Knowledge of STAAD-pro, AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, Solid Works, MS Excel, MS Office, Powerpoint, Project Coordination, and Project Management - Hardworking, Eager to learn, Responsible, Reliable - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The location for this role is Indore.
