Manager- Strategic Projects

Role Purpose:

strategic initiatives, process improvements, governance, and digitization

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the C&P leadership team to

  conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives

  aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive

  process improvement and system enhancement projects

  to bring efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and governance frameworks

  across the C&P function.
• Lead and support

  digitization initiatives

  including vendor portals, procurement systems, and automation of workflows.
• Track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and provide insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with

  projects, finance, legal, and IT teams

  to ensure alignment and successful rollouts.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on

  best practices in real estate procurement and contracting

  ; recommend improvements.
• Support change management and capability-building initiatives within the C&P team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA

  from a reputed institute (mandatory).
• 610 years of experience, preferably in

  real estate strategy/operations, procurement strategy, or management consulting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  real estate operations and procurement processes

  is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in

  process improvement, governance, policy frameworks, and system implementations

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exposure to

  digital transformation initiatives

  will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background:

• Professionals from the

  strategy departments of real estate developers

  .
• Candidates from

  management consulting firms

  with exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or procurement transformation projects.
