Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
Oversee store planning, maintenance, and supervision to ensure efficient use of resources.
Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of staff members to achieve business objectives through effective communication and leadership skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in retail management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong understanding of store keeping, operation, planning, retail management, stores maintenance, stores operations, store supervision.
Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
