Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead sales initiatives for luxury real estate projects associated with premium A-grade developers. • Engage and build relationships with affluent clientele including UHNIs and corporate investors. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations with strategic intent and client-centric approach. • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to generate high-intent leads and convert them efficiently. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, project developments, and competitor analysis. • Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team-based sales targets. • Represent the organization at client meetings, property expos, and high-profile networking events. Desired Candidate Profile: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. • 2 to 7+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury or premium segment. • Demonstrated experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles, particularly in high involvement property transactions. • Strong network of potential buyers and existing relationships within the luxury real estate ecosystem will be preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. • High levels of motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and a performance-oriented approach. • Willingness to travel across locations based on client and project requirements.
