Manager /Sr.Manager - Tender Support

The incumbent will beresponsible for driving the success of our tendering processes for the Europe Formulations Division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate preparation, submission, and management of tenders, contributing to the growth and reputation of Hetero.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including evaluation of requirements, documentation preparation, and timely submission.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate technical and financial inputs for tenders.
• Analyse tender outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance tender strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ experience in tender support, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and provide strategic recommendations
