Job Description

Tank Operation & Monitoring

Operate and monitor tank farm systems, ensuring proper storage and transfer of bulk liquids.
Oversee pump operations, pipeline flow, and associated equipment to maintain smooth operations.

Material Handling

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of chemical or liquid products.
Ensure safe handling procedures are followed for all materials.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce adherence to safety standards, chemical handling protocols, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.

Quality Control

Monitor product quality during storage and transfer processes.
Identify and report deviations or discrepancies in product parameters.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate logs, operational records, and reports for all tank farm activities.
Prepare shift-wise reports and communicate relevant operational data to management.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure regular preventive maintenance of pumps, valves, pipelines, and other tank farm equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and troubleshooting of operational equipment.

Coordination

Liaise with other departments for smooth operations, inventory updates, and emergency handling.
Supervise and guide operational staff in daily activities and safety practices.
