Job Description

Experience in Maintains a safe and secure environment for Mines by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Effectively supervise command and control the working of Security Officer, Advisor, Security Supervisors & Security Guards at various posts/locations.

Investigate theft reports or any other matters assigned by the Management and report findings.

Responsible for protection of the company's property, personnel and material. Supervise smooth functioning of company hired transport, entry and exit of vehicles and its effective Control & monitoring.

Deployment checks

Ensure gate management, material management, Visitor management as per company laid down process.

Ensure functioning of security gadgets, CCTV cameras, Access control measures etc.

Maintain good relations with local P.S, surrounding villagers and various Committees.

Impart training on Industrial Security, physical fitness training, fire safety, First aid etc.

Qualification :-

Reporting

Experience :- Ex- Servicemen ( Major , Capt., Lt, SM ) / CAPF (Asst. Comdt / Inspector / Sub inspector - Preferably from CISF ) with 15+ years of experience, which includes 5+ years of Security & Administration Experience in similar Industrial Security Establishment in Mine / Power / Steel / Petro Chemical / Cement Sectors.
