Manager / Sr. Manager Logistics

As a Logistics Manager at TANFAC Industries Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overall supply chain management process. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, managing, and executing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically plan, manage, and execute logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services - Ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle - Liaise and negotiate with transporters, shipping agents, CHAs, and contractors - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency - Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods shipments regulations - Supervise and organize packing and shipments according to DGR Standards - Negotiate for the most efficient and cost-effective dispatch of goods - Oversee storage, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments - Resolve any arising problems or complaints - Supervise, coach, and train logistics workforce - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements - Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements Qualifications Required: - MBA in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management - Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager - Record of successful sales and logistics management - Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff - Proficient in SAP, sales-related commercials, and MS Office tools - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Can-do attitude with good leadership and communication skills - Strong appetite for problem-solving and achievement orientation Join TANFAC Industries Limited in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, and be a part of a leading fluorine chemical manufacturer with a rich history of producing high-quality chemicals since 1985.,
