Manager / Sr. Manager Logistics

You will be responsible for the overall supply chain management, including organizing and monitoring storage and dispatches of goods. Your main goal will be to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development, ensure sustainability, and maintain customer satisfaction. As the Logistics Manager at TANFAC Industries Limited, a leading Fluorine Chemical Manufacturer, you will strategically plan, manage, and execute logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, you will optimize and coordinate the full order cycle, liaise with transporters, shipping agents, CHAs, and contractors, and track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include compliance with Dangerous Goods shipments regulations, supervision of packing and shipments according to DGR standards, negotiation for efficient despatch of goods, overseeing storage, cataloging goods, planning routes, processing shipments, resolving problems and complaints, supervising, coaching, and training logistics workforce, meeting targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness, maintaining metrics, analyzing data for performance assessment and improvements, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven working experience as a Logistics Manager, a record of successful sales and logistics management, demonstrable leadership skills, proficiency in SAP, sales-related commercials, and MS Office tools, excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects, an MBA in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain, a can-do attitude with good leadership and communication skills, and a strong problem-solving and achievement-oriented mindset. Your educational qualification should be an MBA in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, with 15 to 20 years of experience in the industry. The total cost to company (TCTC) for this position is 24 to 30 Lakhs per annum, and the location is Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. The preferred industry for this role is Chemical Manufacturing.,
