Manager / Sr. Manager – International Sales and amp; Marketing (South/Latin America) -BOPP / Polye Spanish Languagester Films

Key Responsibilities

ï· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in South/Latin Americanmarkets.ï· Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors in theregion.ï· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategicpartnerships.ï· Conduct regular customer visits and market research to understand trends, pricing, andcompetition.ï· Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to ensure timelyorder execution and customer satisfaction.ï· Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to seniormanagement.Reporting to: AVP / Sr. VP â Sales & Marketing (Exports)

Desired Qualifications & Skills

ï· Graduate (preferably MBA / B.Tech) with strong business acumen.ï· Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Portuguese will be an added advantage.ï· 7â12 years of experience in international sales & marketing, preferably in theSouth/Latin American region.ï· Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.ï· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural adaptability.ï· Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
